- Visit Broward Medical & Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic in Fort Lauderdale for your Boat Captain License Medical Exam, no appointment necessary. Our experienced Medical Professionals will provide you with the Medical Certificate Application (CG-719K/E Form) and instructions, conduct the physical exam, complete the Application and, if required, provide a drug screen.

What to Expect?

The completed forms for the physical are generally available the same day where there are no complications. The results of the drug test are generally available in 2 business days after 3pm where there are no unforeseen delays.
